We have just installed our new system NEC DSX
How can you set the phone system up - if you transfer your call to co-worker and they are not in their office and do not answer. We want it to be able to go their voice mail after so many rings. We do not want it to go back to main phone.

Do you have a Voicemail?
That would be needed to fulfill your requirement.
